  • Upload the camera-ready paper and an eCopy transfer file in Microsoft CMT link: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ETCC2025/Submission/Manage
  • All the registered papers must be presented at the conference. If the paper is not presented in Conference, it will not be included in the conference proceedings.
  • Make sure that the camera-ready paper has been generated by the template provided (Contains IEEE copyright notice on the first page bottom left, and the conference name as the footer on the rest of the pages) and verified with the pdf express website (https://ieee-pdf-express.org).
